  When the guest cancels the reservation:

  • a) 3 days or less before the Move-in Date, YOURHOMING will not refund any withheld amount after the confirmation of the reservation.
  • b) Between 4 and 30 days before the Move-in Date, YOURHOMING will refund 50% of the First Payment to the guest and the remaining 50% will be transferred to the Owner
  • c) 31 days or more before the Move-in Date, YOURHOMING will refund the guest for 100% of the First Payment
