TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION 1. CHOOSE YOUR APARTMENT

Select the apartment you like best, enter your name, email, telephone number and dates of arrival and departure, select the number of people who will travel and request a reservation.. 
To search for the apartment you can move around the map or directly choose the areas you want. You also have the option of modifying the search by applying the different filters to search for apartments. 
You will be able to see the details of each apartment, prices and images by clicking on "View Details".

2. BOOK YOUR APARTMENT

Upon receipt of your request, Yourhoming will contact you to confirm the availability and price of the chosen apartment.
As a next step we will ask you for your documentation, letter of admission to the university (if you are a student), internship contract or employment contract. 
Once we receive all the information, we will send you the draft contract (where you will find all the details of the contract and the information regarding payments, among others). If all the necessary and correct information is available, the contract will be signed on your arrival at the apartment. 

3. MAKE THE PAYMENT

To confirm your reservation, you will have to pay the first month of the rent prior to your arrival, the deposit and the check in fee as administrative payment. Payment is made by bank transfer. Once the first month has elapsed, the rent will be paid monthly. If you prefer, there is also the option of paying the entire contract. 
NOTE: Your reservation will only be completed once we have received the prepayment and you receive a confirmation email. In case of cancellation the prepayment will not be returned.
Online payment security: Yourhoming is committed to protecting user data as much as possible and does not have access to or can at any time see the number of the credit card that you enter in the form, this information is encrypted and will be visible exclusively to the bank.

HOW IS THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCESS CHECK-IN

The check-in agent will meet you at the apartment at the agreed time to give you the keys and explain how the apartment works.
n reference to the time of entry, we are flexible with the schedule, always under availability. 

CHECK-OUT

Check out before 12 pm. When you leave, just leave the keys inside and close the door.
At the time of departure, the apartment must be left in good condition, i.e. in the same cleanliness conditions as it was at the time of arrival..

NUMBER AND IDENTIFICATION OF CUSTOMERS

It is not allowed to exceed the number of people stipulated in its original reservation without prior authorization from the company. If the change is authorized, the price will be subject to change.

CLEANING

Before your arrival at the apartment, a full cleaning service will be carried out. In the apartment you will find bed linen and towels for all occupants. When leaving, please leave the apartment in reasonable conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to wash the dishes and deposit the rubbish in the street containers. 

DEPOSIT REFUND

The deposit will be returned within 30 days after departure, once the necessary charges for supplies and damages have been deducted, if necessary.  

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF RESERVATIONS

The cancellation fees for a reservation are as follows.
If you cancel before 30 days prior to arrival, there is no penalty.
Between 30 days and 5 days, the penalty is 30% of the deposit.
Between 5 days and the date of entry, the penalty is 60% of the deposit.

ACCOUNTABILITY

By making a reservation on this website, the customer agrees to make appropriate use of it. Also, the client will be responsible for damages caused in the apartment, being exception the normal wear and tear caused by the daily use of the apartment. 
In case of losing the keys you will have to pay the expenses derived from the accomplishment of the copies or the change of lock. 
Valuables: Yourhoming is not responsible for the customer's valuables.

OTHER TERMS

No smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments; only in balconies, terraces, patios and gardens. 
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
